Welcome to bt Art Co., Ltd. By accessing our website and purchasing ceramics and other handmade art, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Variations: Our products sourced from different artists which are handmade in Japan. Due to the nature of the ceramics and other handmade art, slight variations in color, size, shape, and glaze (such as pinholes or "kannyu" crackle patterns) are expected and are considered a unique characteristic of the work, not a defect.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Taxes: For orders shipped to the USA, import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout (DDP) where available. If DDP is not selected, the buyer is responsible for all local import fees.
Payment: Payment must be made in full via credit card or supported digital wallets at the time of purchase. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Shipping: We ship from Japan via international courier (DHL).
Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier-related issues.
Accuracy of Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the packing process, it cannot be canceled.
Returns: Due to the fragile nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."
Damage: Claims for items damaged during transit must be made within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, bt Art Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits or damages to other property. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

All content on this website, including images of our ceramics, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of bt Art Co., Ltd. and is protected by Japanese and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, the use of this website, or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan in the first instance.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
