Exchanges & Returns
Defective or Damaged Items: Due to the fragile nature of ceramics and other handmade art, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Claims for items damaged during transit or clear functional defects must be reported via email with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of the delivery timestamp. We will provide a full refund or replacement for verified transit damage.
Non-Defective Items: Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact support for specific inquiries.
